Will Chapin

Will Chapin joined Hollaway in 2026 as a Senior Environmental Scientist II, bringing eight years of experience across environmental and grant services. Based out of the Central Texas office, he serves as a project manager and field lead with deep expertise in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species habitat assessments, state and federal grant infrastructure projects, TxDOT EAs and EISs, and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Will’s project portfolio spans oil and gas developments, private and public housing, transportation infrastructure, and large-scale flood reduction efforts — a depth of experience that anchors Hollaway’s environmental practice across both regulatory and grant-funded work.
