Travis Lay contributes to Hollaway’s environmental practice as a Senior Environmental Scientist II, bringing nearly a decade of experience across environmental consulting, government response, and offshore energy projects. He supports clients through wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and environmental permitting documentation — combining technical analysis, field experience, and project management on every assignment. Travis’s background in offshore environments and safety-critical operations adds practical insight to field investigations and project planning, giving Hollaway a strong blend of regulatory knowledge and field-tested expertise across infrastructure and energy development.
